Woodbank Juniors are a wonderful community football club that are looking for local youngster of all ages to join this ever-expanding club. With team age groups from 5 to 18 years old, we are able to accommodate spaces for most children within Ramsbottom and the surround areas. The club boasts a rich history since being established in 1978 with many players having gone on to be professional players with the likes of Kieran Tripper to name one, moving on to become a Premier League, International and now a La Liga professional. Our club pride themselves on proving excellent qualified coaching of all junior age groups! The local volunteers never shy away from working in their spare time to give the youngsters the best possible chance of progression. The committee, coaches, parents and players work together to raise the funds that help to run the club and provide top standards of facilities.
Our local pitches are centred at Nuttall Park, Ramsbottom in Bury. We have multiple pitches that fit all age groups and home match days really are a great occasion with coaches, players and family members occupying all of the pitches. The club provides all weather training facilities with 4G, 3G and Astro pitches at venues such as Woodhey High School, Parrenthorn High School and Play Football Bury.
